This quilt pattern is attributed to Nancy Cabot, circa 1935.  She was a prolific designer of quilt patterns which were published in the Chicago Tribune during the 1930's.  Her patterns were also grouped in booklets and sold by mail order. 

5" x 7" card with white envelope.  Blank inside.  Painting by Rebecca Barker.  Individually wrapped in clear sleeve for gift-giving.
